Steve Skeates
Managing DirectorSteve is the Managing Director at Integral and assumes overall responsibility for the strategy and direction of the business. He founded Integral in 2001 and has since advised on a number of the most high profile moves in the tax, audit and advisory markets. Steve leads a number of the firm’s largest client engagements and still plays a very active role in the delivery and execution of search projects. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in the taxation market and can draw upon one of the most extensive networks in the marketplace. Prior to Integral, Steve qualified as an Occupational Psychologist and worked with one of the UK’s largest global recruitment firms.

Jonathan Waters
Chief Operating OfficerJonathan joined Integral in 2010 and is Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for general management, implementation of business strategy and infrastructure development, bringing his extensive HR and general management experience to the team. Prior to this Jonathan was COO for Optimisa plc an AIM listed strategic marketing consultancy becoming a board director in 2004 and was responsible for Group operations which grew to seven operating business of more than 250 employees He developed his people management skills at J.Sainsbury plc reporting to the Board on remuneration strategy for the group and then at Computer Team Group, an IT recruitment consultancy during a period of significant growth. Jonathan has a BA in Politics, and is MCIPD qualified.

Robert Beck
Director, Inhouse TaxRobert joined Integral in 2006 and is Director of both the in-house Financial Services and Commerce and Industry Tax practice. His own focus has been on senior search mandates across both the UK and international markets, advising on senior level tax and structured finance appointments within the financial services industry. He has accumulated 14 years recruitment experience and has worked for two other well known search and selection recruitment businesses before joining Integral. Robert holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management studies from Bristol University.

Toby Danos
Director, Legal & ComplianceToby started with Integral in 2013 as a Director and leads the Legal & Compliance practice, focussing on senior mandates in the UK and International market within the financial services sector. Toby has over 10 years recruitment experience placing professionals in the UK and overseas, including Switzerland, France, Russia and Dubai. Previously he worked as a Partner at a well known specialist Compliance recruiter. He has an enviable record of 100% success rate on all searches he has worked on and having run his own business can apply real commercial experience. Toby has a BSC (Hons) degree from Surrey University from the School of Management studies.

Nick Goy
Associate Director, OverseasNick joined Integral in 2006 and has a strong track record in working with leading professional services firms, on senior appointments. He has advised clients both in the UK and in a number of global markets including Hong Kong, Dubai, Moscow and New York. Nick has completed numerous searches across Risk, Consulting, Audit & Tax at both Partner and Director level and has been responsible for a number of high profile global recruitment campaigns. Prior to joining Integral, Nick gained considerable experience executing a range of assignments with a leading global recruitment firm. Nick graduated from Bath University with a BSc in Politics with Economics and an MSc in Business and Finance.

Eva Starkey
Associate Director, AdvisoryEva joined Integral in March 2010 and is leading the Financial Advisory Practice at Integral Search which focuses on appointments across Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Strategy, Business Change, Finance Transformation, Risk & Compliance and Finance. Eva’s key expertise lies in delivering high profile C-level appointments across the Advisory Practice and she has particular expertise within Corporate Finance, Restructuring and Strategy both in the UK and on an International basis at senior level. Prior to joining Integral, Eva worked for a prominent search firm based in Sydney Australia, delivering on a range of senior assignments across financial and professional services. Eva trained as an accountant and worked on various due diligence and financial control assignments before moving into headhunting.
