Steve Skeates
Managing DirectorSteve is the Managing Director at Integral and assumes overall responsibility for the strategy and direction of the business. He founded Integral in 2001 and has since advised on a number of the most high profile moves in the tax, audit and advisory markets. Steve leads a number of the firm’s largest client engagements and still plays a very active role in the delivery and execution of search projects. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in the taxation market and can draw upon one of the most extensive networks in the marketplace. Prior to Integral, Steve qualified as an Occupational Psychologist and worked with one of the UK’s largest global recruitment firms.

Jonathan Waters
Chief Operating OfficerJonathan joined Integral in 2010 and is Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for general management, implementation of business strategy and infrastructure development, bringing his extensive HR and general management experience to the team. Prior to this Jonathan was COO for Optimisa plc an AIM listed strategic marketing consultancy becoming a board director in 2004 and was responsible for Group operations which grew to seven operating business of more than 250 employees He developed his people management skills at J.Sainsbury plc reporting to the Board on remuneration strategy for the group and then at Computer Team Group, an IT recruitment consultancy during a period of significant growth. Jonathan has a BA in Politics, and is MCIPD qualified.

Robert Beck
Director, Financial ServicesRobert joined Integral in 2006. His focus has been to work on searches, in the UK and globally, advising on senior level tax appointments across a number of different markets including the financial services and legal industry. His experience includes 10 years recruitment experience and he worked for two other well known search and selection recruitment businesses before joining Integral. Robert holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management studies from Bristol University.

Nick Goy
Head of Audit & AdvisoryNick joined Integral in 2006 and has a strong track record in working with leading professional services firms, on senior appointments. He has advised clients both in the UK and in a number of global markets including Hong Kong, Dubai, Moscow and New York. Nick has completed numerous searches across Risk, Consulting, Audit & Tax at both Partner and Director level and has been responsible for a number of high profile global recruitment campaigns. Prior to joining Integral, Nick gained considerable experience executing a range of assignments with a leading global recruitment firm. Nick graduated from Bath University with a BSc in Politics with Economics and an MSc in Business and Finance.

Verity Janovitz
Head of Commerce & IndustryVerity has recently joined Integral Search to Head up the Commerce & Industry division for Senior Tax and Finance Professionals. Verity has gained over 10 years experience within Recruitment having joined an International Recruitment Consultancy straight from University. Over this time, Verity has developed a number of key relationships with Senior Finance Heads across Greater London, with particular expertise in the Telecommunications, Retail and FMCG sectors. Verity believes in delivering a truly customer centric offering and delivers solutions that provide the best in quality, support and advice for her clients and candidates. Other areas of Verity’s experience includes a secondment within Carphone Warhouse’s internal recruitment team as well as Developing and Account Managing 2 of the UK largest Banks for interim Management solutions.

Michelle Taylor
Head of Professional Services, TaxMichelle joined Integral Search in 2007 and focuses on providing tax advice to Professional Service firms. She has particular expertise in transfer pricing, transactions, international and entrepreneurial taxes. Michelle has successfully completed a diverse range of searches that includes Real-Estate Tax Directors, Corporate Tax Partners, Private Client Partners and, International Tax Senior Directors. She also advises within Indirect tax supporting leaders in this specialist field. Prior to Integral, Michelle commenced her training with a tax boutique founded by Big 4 partners where she also studied for her ATT. Thereafter she joined a leading recruitment firm and is now recognised as one of the leading advisors within the tax recruitment market.
