Nick Goy

He has advised clients both in the UK and in a number of global markets including Hong Kong, Dubai, Moscow and New York. Nick has completed numerous searches across Risk, Consulting, Audit & Tax at both Partner and Director level and has been responsible for a number of high profile global recruitment campaigns. Prior to joining Integral, Nick gained considerable experience executing a range of assignments with a leading global recruitment firm. Nick graduated from Bath University with a BSc in Politics with Economics and an MSc in Business and Finance.

Puneet Gupta
ConsultantPuneet joined Integral Search in 2012 to focus on Corporate and Indirect tax within the profession. He is able to advise senior professionals in specialist tax fields such as; Transfer Pricing, Transactions, VAT, Indirect tax and Corporate. Prior to joining Integral, Puneet worked for a leading financial services recruiter, placing qualified accountants into the banking sector. Puneet started his career training at a Big 4 accountancy firm where he also gained his ACA qualification and has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from The University of Birmingham. His background of working in the profession and recruitment expertise gives him a unique capability to successfully advise clients on high level strategic hires.

David Higgo
International Professional Services, TaxDavid joined Integral in 2011 to focus on recruiting Tax Partners and Directors across all the major international business jurisdictions. He spent the previous 9 years at a specialist financial services search firm focused on the professional advisory market. He has successfully filled a wide range of senior mandates with organisations ranging from consultancies, including ‘the Big 4’, to Investment Banks and Asset Managers. Before moving into executive search, he spent a year at a boutique investment bank in New York and 3 years as a business English trainer in Italy. He has an Associates degree in Business Administration from Berkley College, New York and BA in Philosophy from the University of Leeds.

Lucy Hodgson
Audit & General PracticeLucy joined Integral in 2010. She specialises in advising clients on high level strategic hires within the Audit, Advisory and Corporate Finance arenas. Lucy also leads the firm’s practice mergers and acquisitions offering and particularly enjoys advising on post deal integration. She has successfully advised firms throughout the UK, working closely with the management teams of Top 20 and larger regional practices in forming strategic plans, also placing Partners, Directors and Senior Managers in Audit, Outsourcing, General Practice and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Integral, Lucy worked for 13 years at a leading global professional services firm, advising firms of accountants and commercial organisations, from SMEs to FTSE Top 100 on recruitment and strategic development. Prior to commencing her career in recruitment she worked in marketing for IBM, read politics at York University and completed the International Baccalaureate at The United World College of the Atlantic.

Verity Janovitz
Commerce & IndustryVerity joined Integral Search in 2011 to Head up the Commerce & Industry division for Senior Tax and Finance Professionals. Verity has gained over 10 years experience within Recruitment having joined an International Recruitment Consultancy straight from University. Over this time, Verity has developed a number of key relationships with Senior Finance Heads across Greater London, with particular expertise in the Telecommunications, Retail and FMCG sectors. Verity believes in delivering a truly customer centric offering and delivers solutions that provide the best in quality, support and advice for her clients and candidates. Other areas of Verity’s experience includes a secondment within Carphone Warhouse’s internal recruitment team as well as Developing and Account Managing 2 of the UK largest Banks for interim Management solutions.

David Jaye
Consultant, Private Client TaxDavid joined Integral in 2012 to focus on Private Client tax predominantly with the UK’s leading accountancy practices and professional services organisations.
David commenced his career working as an adviser in UK & US taxes for both the Big4 and leading independent’s where he also gained the ATT qualification. He then went on to join a global finance recruiter where he recruited audit, tax and corporate finance professionals and has experience of successfully completing senior mandates across the profession. David has an honours degree in Accounting and Finance with Taxation from London Guildhall University.
