Toby Danos
Legal & ComplianceToby started with Integral in 2013 as a Director and leads the Legal & Compliance practice, focussing on senior mandates in the UK and International market within the financial services sector. Toby has over 10 years recruitment experience placing professionals in the UK and overseas, including Switzerland, France, Russia and Dubai. Previously he worked as a Partner at a well known specialist Compliance recruiter. He has an enviable record of 100% success rate on all searches he has worked on and having run his own business can apply real commercial experience. Toby has a BSC (Hons) degree from Surrey University from the School of Management studies.

Diana Abdelmalak
Research & Business IntelligenceDiana joined Integral in March 2006 and is responsible for the research function across the Financial Services and Legal markets. She has over 7 years research experience within tax, audit, corporate finance and corporate recovery across professional services as well as the commerce & industry tax market. During her time at Integral, Diana has worked on a diverse range of search and selection assignments and has contributed to placing very senior level hires. Diana holds a 1st Class (hons) degree in Business Administration from London South Bank University.

Robert Beck
Financial ServicesRobert joined Integral in 2006 and is Director of both the in-house Financial Services and Commerce and Industry Tax practice. His own focus has been on senior search mandates across both the UK and international markets, advising on senior level tax and structured finance appointments within the financial services industry. He has accumulated 14 years recruitment experience and has worked for two other well known search and selection recruitment businesses before joining Integral. Robert holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management studies from Bristol University.

Eleanor Bell
Business ChangeEleanor joined Integral in 2012 and specialises in the delivery of mid to senior level hires across Business Change and Consultancy both in the UK and internationally. Prior to this she was a Manager for a leading global recruitment firm managing the delivery of Consultancy, Strategy and Change assignments for clients from across the Financial Services, Consulting, Public and Commerce & Industry sectors. Before she moved into recruitment four years ago, Eleanor worked as a Commercial Manager for a leading UK Retailer. Eleanor holds an MA (Cantab) in French and German from the University of Cambridge.

Kirsteen Brannigan-Hughes
Commercial TaxKirsteen joined Integral in January 2010 to help grow the in-house tax team and build on the success Integral have enjoyed to date. Kirsteen has experience of recruiting in the commerce and industry tax market, and has successfully recruited individuals ranging from Head of Tax to Tax Manager in London and the South East. Her recruitment career started as a general finance recruiter before moving to become a tax specialist for a global finance recruitment business. Kirsteen spent four and a half years developing an understanding of the market and establishing relationships before joining Integral. Kirsteen graduated with a BSc from Stirling University.
