She has over 5 years research experience within tax, audit, corporate finance and corporate recovery across professional services as well as the commerce & industry tax market. During her time at Integral, Diana has worked on a diverse range of search and selection assignments and has contributed to placing very senior level hires. Diana holds a 1st Class (hons) degree in Business Administration from London South Bank University.

Nicola Beck
Audit, Risk, Regulatory & ForensicNicola joined Integral in 2011 to specialise in Audit, Risk, Regulatory & Forensic recruitment from Assistant Manager level upwards across the BIG4 & other Consultancies across the UK. Prior to this she worked for 8 years within an International Recruitment Company specialising in the Accountancy & Finance field. She also holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Wales.

Robert Beck
Financial ServicesRobert joined Integral in 2006. His focus has been to work on searches in the UK advising on senior level tax appointments across a number of different markets including the financial services and legal industry. His experience includes 10 years recruitment experience and he worked for two other well known search and selection recruitment businesses before joining Integral. Robert holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management studies from Bristol University.

Ian Black
Research and Business IntelligenceIan joined Integral in November 2011 and focuses on Research and Business Intelligence for the Audit and Advisory Practice across the UK and International markets. He was previously a researcher for a Capital Markets search firm and worked in the Front Office Sales and Quant Practices. Ian holds a degree from the University of St Andrews and a Masters from Edinburgh University in Business Management.

Kirsteen Brannigan-Hughes
Commercial TaxKirsteen joined Integral in January 2010 to help grow the in-house tax team and build on the success Integral have enjoyed to date. Kirsteen has experience of recruiting in the commerce and industry tax market, and has successfully recruited individuals ranging from Head of Tax to Tax Manager in London and the South East. Her recruitment career started as a general finance recruiter before moving to become a tax specialist for a global finance recruitment business. Kirsteen spent four and a half years developing an understanding of the market and establishing relationships before joining Integral. Kirsteen graduated with a BSc from Stirling University.

David Higgo
International Professional Services, TaxDavid joined Integral in 2011 to focus on recruiting Tax Partners and Directors across all the major international business jurisdictions. He spent the previous 9 years at a specialist financial services search firm focused on the professional advisory market. He has successfully filled a wide range of senior mandates with organisations ranging from consultancies, including ‘the Big 4’, to Investment Banks and Asset Managers. Before moving into executive search, he spent a year at a boutique investment bank in New York and 3 years as a business English trainer in Italy. He has an Associates degree in Business Administration from Berkley College, New York and BA in Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
