The Global Board of a Big 4 firm sought to expand their International Tax capabilities internationally and we were retained to support this process.

It was obviously essential that any expansion plans were achievable and based a clear understanding of the talent present in the market.  To provide this understanding, our experienced research team immersed themselves in this market for an agreed period of time, after which they produced a report delivering business intelligence on two levels.
